Use Yours only with photos and information you are allowed to use. Review every automatically prepared suggestion before sharing it.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
2. Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of photos, captions, notes, community feedback, and other content you provide. You grant Yours a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as necessary to operate features you request. If you enable automatic iPhone photo sync, you instruct Yours to copy authorized photos and their available capture metadata into your private account until you pause the feature or revoke Photos access. Automatic imports begin owner-only; sharing with another person or group remains separate. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and share content depicting other people.
Feature requests, reviews, ratings, and comments are public once you publish them with your profile name. Do not include private photos, relationship details, account information, or anything you are not allowed to make public. You can delete your own community posts and comments.
Do not use Yours to violate privacy, intellectual-property, publicity, safety, or other rights. Do not upload illegal, abusive, deceptive, or harmful material.
3. Face matching and Google sign-in
Face matching is optional and requires explicit consent. Yours stores the resulting numeric template in your private account. Accepted friends can process it locally only while both people enable Face automatch. A qualified match can share a photo automatically under that standing permission. It is not identity verification and may make mistakes. You can unshare a photo, disable Face automatch, remove a friend, or delete your template.
Google sign-in is an optional account authentication method. It gives Yours basic account identity only. It does not authorize Yours to access Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Photos, Google Drive, or contacts.
4. Automated drafts and public information
Sharables and match suggestions are automated aids, not statements of fact. Public event, weather, location, and holiday information may be incomplete. You must review and edit a Sharable before creating a sharing link. Yours does not guarantee that a draft, match, venue, score, or other suggested detail is accurate.
5. Private links and recipients
A private link can be opened by anyone who receives it until it expires or is revoked. Do not place information in a Sharable that its recipients should not see. Recipients may save or redistribute content outside Yours, and Yours cannot control those actions.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not access accounts or content without authorization.
- Do not scrape, probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
- Do not use biometric or account information for surveillance, advertising, discrimination, lending, or unlawful profiling.
- Do not use Yours to send spam, manipulate reviews, impersonate another person, or harass anyone.
7. Service changes and termination
Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. You may stop using Yours or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or address violations of these terms.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Yours is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free automated results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yours is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
